Green Party platforms vary from state to state (so look them up), but in general Greens stand for much stronger environmental protections, especially to address the climate crisis. Green Party candidates are also more likely to support left-of-center and progressive causes such as a living wage, billionaire tax, cuts to military spending, etc.
Unfortunately, many Green candidates are running in purple districts, where vote swappers are urged to vote Democrat to defeat MAGA.
But in red and blue districts, vote swappers are urged to vote for the Green candidate wherever they have that option.
