Michigan

Kamala Harris is disturbingly complicit with genocide in Gaza and is beholden to the same special interests that are fuelling the climate crisis and endless wars. But letting Trump win this election would be a disaster, not only for this country, but for the world. And he is no friend of Palestinians or of Muslims.

No matter who is the next President, we are going to have to keep fighting for the changes we want to see. But if you really want to have any chance of influencing the policies of the next administration, you want Kamala Harris in the White House, because you will have zero leverage with a Trump presidency. If Harris wins this election by a just a handful of votes in Michigan and a few other purple states, she will actually owe it to those voters who were willing to “swap” their vote to get her elected. That’s leverage power!

Vote-swapping simply means being willing to vote for Harris in Michigan, in exchange for someone in a red or blue state voting for the third party candidate of your choice. There is no guarantee that they will do this, but if it is someone you trust, it is worth a shot.

Voting for a third party candidate in Michigan is not going to make it any more likely that they win the election. But the total votes they get nationwide does matter, because the more they get, the stronger the message that sends to Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party, and the country.

So if you are unhappy with Trump and Harris, and you live in Michigan, please consider swapping your vote with someone you know in a red or blue state who may be willing to add a vote for your favorite third party candidate there.

And if you don’t know anyone personally who fits that description, sign up with VoteSwap24 to be partnered with someone in one of those states who wants to swap votes with you.

Michigan stats:

THIS IS A PURPLE STATE, one of three critical states that Harris must win to stay in the White House. MI voted narrowly for Trump in 2016 but voted for Biden in 2020. It is up for grabs in 2024, and a win for Harris could decide the election. See how close it is now and has been for the last two elections:

Senate Race

Democrat Elissa Slotkin is running against Republican Mike Rogers for this seat. This seat was previously held by a Democrat, but that doesn’t mean it will be an easy win for Elissa Slotkin. This is an absolute must win seat for the Democrats, because without it, it will be almost impossible to retain control of the Senate. And without the Senate, it will be almost impossible for a Harris administration to enact its agenda.

A vote for Elissa Slotkin is a vote for survival!
