This is currently considered to be a Purple congressional district. This was a solid RED seat, but re-districting makes it more likely that Democrats could win this seat now. Please vote Democrat to end MAGA control of Congress!. In 2024, the Republican, Monica De La Cruz, won this seat with a margin of 14.2 percent, or 31,839 votes, over the Democrat, Michelle Vallejo. Meanwhile, in 2024, Trump won in this seat by 18 percent.
An estimated 222,326 eligible voters, or 49.8 percent, did not vote at that election in Texas District 15, and – voted for a third (or fourth) party. There are also 17,598 in this district who have turned 18 since 2024 and are now eligible to vote!
