This is currently considered to be a Red congressional district. No matter how you vote the Republican is going to win this seat! You can safely vote third party without affecting the outcome. In 2024, the Republican, Rudy Yakym, won this seat with a margin of 28.1 percent, or 82,886 votes, over the Democrat, Lori Camp. Meanwhile, in 2024, Trump won in this seat by 27 percent.
An estimated 247,767 eligible voters, or 45.7 percent, did not vote at that election in Indiana District 2, and 7,808 voted for a third (or fourth) party. There are also 19,641 in this district who have turned 18 since 2024 and are now eligible to vote!
