In 2024, the Republican, Eli Crane, won this seat with a margin of 9 percent, or 36,450 votes, over the Democrat, Jonathan Nez. An estimated 215,089 eligible voters (34.6%) did not vote at that election in Arizona District 2, and 55 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
