This is currently considered to be a Blue congressional district. No matter how you vote the Democrat is going to win this seat!. You can safely vote third party without affecting the outcome:

If you are not comfortable with that choice, you can swap your vote with someone in another district to stop MAGA Republicans and corporate Democrats from destroying our future!
NOTE: Although vote swapping has been established by a Federal Appeals Court to be a legal right, protected by the First Amendment, Colorado still has a law on its books which says it is “unlawful for any person to facilitate the trading of votes between an elector in the state or a person in another state in exchange for the other person’s vote for or against a particular candidate…” Vote swapping is therefore not recommended in Colorado except through personal contacts.

In 2024, the Democrat, Joe Neguse, won this seat with a margin of 39.4 percent, or 164,361 votes, over the Republican, Marshall Dawson. An estimated 144,517 eligible voters (25.7%) did not vote at that election in Colorado District 2, and 11,281 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
