This is currently considered to be a Blue congressional district. No matter how you vote the Democrat is going to win this seat!. You can safely vote third party without affecting the outcome:

NOTE: Although vote swapping has been established by a Federal Appeals Court to be a legal right, protected by the First Amendment, Colorado still has a law on its books which says it is “unlawful for any person to facilitate the trading of votes between an elector in the state or a person in another state in exchange for the other person’s vote for or against a particular candidate…” Vote swapping is therefore not recommended in Colorado except through personal contacts.

In 2024, the Democrat, Brittany Petterson, won this seat with a margin of 14.2 percent, or 60,415 votes, over the Republican, Sergei Matveyuk. An estimated 145,119 eligible voters (25.4%) did not vote at that election in Colorado District 7, and 15,005 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
