In 2024, the Democrat, Bill Foster, won this seat with a margin of 11.2 percent, or 40,195 votes, over the Republican, Jerry Evans. An estimated 159,766 eligible voters (30.8%) did not vote at that election in Illinois District 11, and 229 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
