This is currently considered to be a Red congressional district. No matter how you vote the Republican is going to win this seat!. You can safely vote third party without affecting the outcome:

In 2024, the Republican,  Hal Rogers, won this seat with a margin of 100 percent, or — votes, over the , –. An estimated 316,943 eligible voters (54.8%) did not vote at that election in Kentucky District 5, and voted for a third (or fourth) party.
