Louisiana District 2  

This is currently considered to be a Purple congressional district. This was a solid Blue seat but re-districting means Democrats will have to fight very hard to hold onto this seat.. Please vote Democrat to end MAGA control of Congress!:

Background

In 2024, the Democrat,  Troy Carter, won this seat with a margin of 46.6 percent, or 142,368 votes, over the Republican,  Christy Lynch. An estimated 258,451 eligible voters (45.9%) did not vote at that election in Louisiana District 2, and 79,534 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
