In 2024, the Republican, Blake Moore, won this seat with a margin of 31.1 percent, or 113,656 votes, over the Democrat, Bill Campbell. An estimated 211,945 eligible voters (36.7%) did not vote at that election in Utah District 1, and 17,601 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
