Background
In 2024, the Democrat, Suhas Subramanyam, won this seat with a margin of 4.5 percent, or 18,788 votes, over the Republican, Mike Clancy. An estimated 100,238 eligible voters (19.5%) did not vote at that election in Virginia District 10, and 1,538 voted for a third (or fourth) party.
