Senate Election – Nov 3, 2026
This is a red Senate race. No matter how you vote the Republican is going to win this seat! You can safely vote for a third party write-in candidate without affecting the outcome. And swap with someone in a Purple state who will vote on your behalf for the Democrat where it matters.
(or scroll down if you would prefer to swap your US House vote first)
Barry Moore (R) is running against Everett Wess (D) for US Senate. Wess has little to no chance of winning, and there are no third parties running in this race. Voting for a write-in candidate may be your only option as a vote swapper in Alabama. Luckily, Alabama is one of the few states which allows voters to write-in any candidate they want without having to have that candidate already pre-registered as a write-in candidate.
VOTE for a write-in candidate of your choice to represent Alabama in the US Senate!
And if you don’t feel comfortable doing that, consider swapping your vote with a voter in a purple state, who will vote Democrat on your behalf. By vote swapping, you are increasing the chances of a Democrat-controlled Senate even though you are not voting Democrat in your own state.
