Louisiana is a deep RED state that Trump won in 2016, 2020 and 2024. The US Senate race is solidly RED. But Louisiana does have two previously Democratic US House seats, LS-2 and LS-6. Because of re-districting and other attempts to sway the outcome of this election, these seats are now considered “purple” for the purposes of vote-swapping.
